Num crème ma-nor.
This is one of the best dessert recipes from Khmer Krom. Very tasty and very easy to make.

Pre heat oven at 350 degrees.
In a blender, put eggs, coconut milk, sugar, palm sugar, vanilla and pineapple together, blend till it smooth. Pour mixture in small custard bowls and set a side.
Pour some water in a large baking pan( about 1/3 of the contain), put custard bowls in baking pan.
Bake in pre heated oven for about 1 hour or till knife inserted in custard come out clean. Removed custard bowls from baking pan, set a side and let it cool down before refrigerated.
WHEN SERVE: Turns the bowl up side down on plate, remove the bowl. Serve cold.
Note: Back home, many Khmer Krom do not have oven, we would steam custard in the steamer till custard thicken.
