(Fried pork chop).
Khmer Krom pan fried pork chop is absolute delicious.
The secret of tasty meat is good seasoning and then let it marinated over night, or at least 4 hours in the refrigerator before cook.
- Ingredients :
- 3 Cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 Stalk of green leaves onion, minced
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Pieces pork chop
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- Procedures :
In a small bowl, mix garlic with green onion, sugar, salt, fish sauce, soy sauce and black pepper together, mix well.
Put pork chop in a large container, rubs prepared sauce on both sides pork chop, covered container and refrigerated marinated pork chop over night or at least 4 hour.
Pre heat a skillet or wok with medium temperature.
When skillet is hot, add oil, pan fry marinated pork chop in low heat till it golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with rice.
