(Barbecue lamb ribs.)
Lamb meat is one of the most popular meats sold in markets, and very popular with people whom can’t eat pork or beef. Lamb meat could serve medium or medium rare. Remove all the fat from lamb meat before cook or it will have strong taste .
This grilled lamb ribs with Asian marinade and top with American barbeque sauce is tender, juicy and very delicious.
- Ingredients :
- ¼ Cup soy sauce
- 4 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon light brown sugar
- ½ Teaspoon salt
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 Cup water
- 2-1/2 to 3 lbs Lamb ribs
- 1 Cup barbeque sauce
- Procedures :
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce with garlic, sesame oil, sugar, salt, black pepper, green onion and water. Mix well.
Places lamb ribs in a large bowl, rubs sauce on ribs.
Covered ribs and refrigerated over night or at least 5 hours.
Cook lamb ribs on pre-heated grill .
When lamb ribs done to your liking, brushes barbeque sauce on both sides of each rib before serve.
Serve hot.
