Stir-fry lemon grass pork meat over rice vermicelli noodle, mix vegetables, crushed peanut and sweet fish sauce is very popular Khmer Krom recipe. It's absolutely delicious and very easy to prepare. A great summer recipe and buffet party.

Boil 8 cups water in a large pot. When water bubbling add noodle to boiling water, stirs and cooked till noodle tender.
Pour cooked noodles in a colander, rinses under cold water and set it a side to drained.
In a large bowl, marinated meat with garlic, lemon grass, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar and black pepper. Mix well, and set it a side.
Pre-heat a skillet or wok, add vegetable oil and green onion when it hot. SautÚ green onion till it softens. Removed green onion from hot oil, put it in a small bowl and set it a side.
Returning to the same skillet add marinated meat, stirs and cook till meat tender. Add yellow onion, stirs and turn off the heat.
- TO SERVE:
Put some cooked noodle in a large bowl or plate, spreads some green onion on top of noodle.
Add some stir-fry pork meat and some fresh vegetables.
Pour some sweet fish sauce over and top with crushed peanut.
