(Stir-fry chicken with snow pea.)
Stir-fry boneless chicken breast with crisp snow peas and carrot is very tasty and easy to prepare Khmer recipes.
- Ingredients :
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- ½ lb Boneless chicken breast, sliced thin
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- 1 Carrot, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 lb Snow peas, cut tips of both ends
- Procedures :
In a small bowl, mix water with cornstarch, fish sauce and sugar, set a side.
Pre-heat a skillet or wok.
When skillet is hot, add oil, garlic and chicken, stirs till chicken meat cooked.
Seasoning chicken meat with soy sauce and black pepper, stirs well.
Add onion, carrot and snow peas, stirs and cook for couple minutes. Do not over cook vegetables.
Add prepared sauce, stirs till sauce thicken.
Serve hot with rice.
