World famous Italian Caesar salad with Khmer Krom grilled salmon is absolutely delicious and very easy to prepare. Most Khmer Krom loves Caesar salad because it has anchovy which taste similar to Pahok( Khmer pickle fish).

• Ingredients :
  • GRILLED SALMON:
  • Please use this grilled salmon recipe
  • CAESAR SALAD:
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 1 Bunch Romaine lettuce, chopped to bite sizes
  • Grape or cherry tomato
  • 1 Cup croutons
  • Fresh grated Parmesan cheese (option)
  
  
• Procedures :
  
  Follow grilled salmon recipe as directed. When salmon cooked, set it a side while making caesar salad.
  In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with Caesar salad dressing together.
  Put lettuce in a large bowl, pour mayonnaise and Caesar salad dressing over and mix well.
  Top with croutons, tomato and grated Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
  TO SERVE:
  Put some Caesar salad on a large plate with a piece of grilled salmon.
  Serve with Parmesan bread.
