(Creamy white gravy.)

American creamy white gravy is very delicious with mashed potato or with hot biscuits.
This is one of very few Western recipes that my grandma loves, she said this gravy taste like coconut sauce. :)

• Ingredients :
  • 2 Cups milk
  • 3 Tablespoons All purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • 3 Tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
  
  
• Procedures :
  In a small sauce pan, mix milk with flour, sugar and salt until flour dissolved.
  Cook and stirs frequently till sauce starting to boil, add butter and continue to stirs until butter dissolved and sauce thicken.
  Serve hot with mashed potato or with biscuit.
