(Beef with snow peas stir-fry.)
Stir fry beef with crisp snow peas is easy and delicious Khmer recipe.
- Ingredients :
- 1 Cups water
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- ½ Tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
- ½ lb Sirloin beef, sliced thin
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Carrot, peeled and sliced thin
- ½ lb Snow peas, cut end tips, washed and drained
- Procedures :
In a small bowl, mix water with cornstarch, soy sauce and sugar together, set it a side.
Pre heat a skillet or wok with high temperature.
When skillet is hot, add oil, garlic, yellow onion, ginger, beef, salt and black pepper, stirs well.
Add carrot and snow peas, stirs well. Do not over cooked snow peas.
Seasoning with prepared cornstarch sauce and stirs well till sauce thicken.
Serve hot with rice.
