(Roasted beef.)
Tender roasted beef chuck is delicious American food.
- Ingredients :
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, or 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ Teaspoon salt
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 3 lbs Beef chuck, round beef or rum roasted cut
- 1 Small yellow onion,cut in half
- 2 Cups water
- Procedures :
In a small bowl, mix Worcestershire (or soy sauce) with salt, black pepper and garlic together, mix well.Put meat in a roasting pan, rubs prepared sauce evenly on meat, put onion on top of meat and pour water on bottom roasting pan.
Cover roasting pan with lid or aluminum foil.
Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 1½ to 2 hours.
Serve hot with potato, rice, pasta or bread.
