( Baked ham.)
Baked ham is American tradition food that serves on New Year, Easter and special occasions. Tender and juicy baked ham glazed with sweet orange marmalade and cloves is delicious. My family prefer ham with skin and bones to boneless ham.

Put ham in a large baking pan; pour lime soda on bottom of the baking pan and covered with aluminum foil.
Baked ham in oven at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
Removed ham from the oven and allows it cool down before trimmed off skin and fat. Throw away fat and skin but keep
cooked ham in baking pan.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar with orange marmalade and cloves together, mix well. Rubs orange sugar evenly on ham. Continue to bake ham in oven at 350 for 30 minutes or till sauce turns golden glazed on ham.
Serve hot, warm or cold with rice, potato, pasta or bread.
