(Garlicky shrimp with Alfredo pasta.)
Garlicky shrimp over creamy Alfredo pasta is my family favorite. This Italian influence recipe is absolutely delicious.
- Ingredients :
- 1 lb Package Italian Fettuccine noodle
- 8 Cups water
- 2 Cups heavy cream
- 2 Cups milks
- ½ Teaspoon salt
- ½ Teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 Teaspoon sugar
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- GARLICY SHRIMP:
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- ¼ Teaspoon paprika
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 Cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- Procedures :
Cook 8 cups water in a large pot. When water boiled add noodles and cook till it tender.
Pour cooked noodles in a large colander, rinsed under cold water and set it a side to drained.
In a large bowl, mix heavy cream with milk, salt, garlic salt and sugar. Mix well and set it a side.
Melt butter in a large pot. When butter melted add flour. Stirs well.
Pour prepared milk in the pot and add Parmesan cheese. Stirs and cook till sauce thicken, (for thinner sauce adds more milk and for
thicker sauce add more flour and less milk.)
Add cooked noodle with sauce. Stirs well and set it a side.
Put shrimp in a small bowl with sugar, salt and paprika. Mix well and set a side.
Pre-heat a skillet or wok on high temperature. When skillet is hot add oil and garlic.
Add shrimp and saute' shrimp till it turns color pink.
Sprinkles with black pepper.
Put some Alfredo pasta on a plate and top with some garlicky shrimp before serve.
