Italian influenced crispy bread with garlicky Parmesan cheese is delicious. This recipe work best with day old French or Italian bread.

Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees.
Cut bread in half and set it a side.
In a small bowl, mix butter with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese together.
Spreads butter sauce on top of each slice of bread.
Put bread on a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes or till it golden brown.
Serve hot or warm as appetizer or with spaghetti noodle.
