(Stuffed mushroom with cheese and sausage.)
Stuffed mushroom with sausage and cheese is very delicious American appetizer.
- Ingredients :
- ½ lb Jimmy Dean sausage
- ¼ Cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 4 oz Philadelphia creamcheese
- 4 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb Fresh button mushroom, removed stems, rinsed and drained
- Procedures :
Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees.
Pre-heat a nonstick skillet or wok, add sausage when skillet hot, stirs till sausage cooked, add onion, stirs and removes any residue grease. Put cooked sausage in a large bowl, add cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese, mix well. Stuffs each mushroom with sausage stuffing, put stuffed mushroom on a baking sheet.
Bake stuffed mushroom in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
Serve hot or warm.
