( Beef and bokchoy stir-fry. )
This stir-fry beef with bokchoy is easy and delicious Khmer Krom recipe.
- Ingredients :
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- ½ Tablespoon grated ginger root
- ½ lb Beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 lbs bokchoy, chopped an inch in length
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- Procedures :
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar together, set a side.
Pre heat a skillet or wok with high temperature.
When skillet is hot, add oil, garlic, yellow onion, ginger, beef and bok choy, stirs well till meat done.
Seasoning with prepared sauce and black pepper, stirs well.
Serve hot with rice.
