(Stir-fry cabbage and egg.)
Stir-fry cabbage with egg is Khmer Krom country food. Very tasty and very easy to prepare.
- Ingredients :
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- 2 Cloves garlic, mince
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- ½ Head of cabbage,chopped
- ½ Cup water
- 1 Teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 Teaspoon oyster sauce
- ½ Tablespoon sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 3 Stalks green onion,chopped
- Procedures :
Pre-heat a non-stick skillet. When it hot add 1 tablespoon oil.
Add salt to beaten egg, mix well. Pour and spreads egg evently over hot oil.
When egg cooked, folds and removed egg from skillet, and cut egg to thin strips, set a side.
Pour remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet; add garlic, onion and cabbage. Stirs well.
Add water and continue to stirs till cabbage done your liking.
Seasoning with soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and black pepper. Stirs well.
Add egg and green onion. Stirs well before serve.
Serve hot with rice.
