Khmer Krom bake Cornish hen or chicken is very delicious and easy to make.

• Ingredients :
  • 1 Cornish hen or chicken
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Cubes Maggi chicken bouillon
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ Tablespoon honey
  • ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
• Procedures :
  In a small bowl, crushed chicken bouillon cubes to powder , add soy sauce, honey, garlic and black pepper, mix well.
  Cleaned and cut chicken in half, pats dry with paper towel, and put chicken in a baking dish.
  Rubs prepared sauce on chicken and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or till golden brown.
  Serve hot with rice.
