Grilled honey pork meat with crusty French bread is absolute delicious sandwich.
For this sandwich, you’ll need to make ahead these two recipes: Sach chrouk ang tirk knump (grilled honey pork), and chrout carrot ( carrot with daikon relish).
• Ingredients :
  • 4 Loaves( sandwich size) French bread
  • Butter or margarine to spreads
  • 1 Cucumber, peeled, seeded and slices thin long strips
  • A handful fresh cilantro(option)
  • Sliced hot chili pepper (option)
  • Black pepper
• Procedures :
  If you prefer hot sandwich: Pre-heat oven at 400, slit French bread open before put inside oven, heat it up for 3 minutes or till outside is crusty. Removed bread from oven, spreads butter or margarine on the open loaf of bread. Add some honeygrilled pork,
  chili pepper, cucumber, relish , and cilantro. Sprinkles with black pepper before serve.
