Warm dessert.
This unique Khmer Krom recipe could serves either ice cold as refreshing drink or warm dessert.
Fresh lotus seeds and fresh longan pulps with vanilla, cinnamon syrup is delicious.

In a small pot, put lotus seeds, cinnamon stick and water together, cook till lotus seeds tender. Add sugar and pure vanilla extract, stirs and simmering for 10 minutes. Add longan pulps, stirs, turn off the stove and let it set for 10 minutes before serve.
Serve hot or warm for dessert.
For refreshment drink, add ice cubes before serve.
Refreshing drink.
