(Grilled turmeric pork country ribs.)
Grilled boneless pork country ribs with unique blended of Khmer favorite spices is delicious. Most Khmer Krom prefers pork shoulder cut with a little fat and skin on over boneless pork country ribs.

Put pork meat in a large bowl or container, set a side.
In a blender, put all remaining ingredients together, blended well, pour marinade sauce on pork meat, rubs and mix well, covered container with lid and
refrigerated meat over night or at least 4 hours before cook.
Cook marinated meat on grill with low heat grill till meat tender and golden brown.
Sliced grilled meat before serve.
Serve hot with rice or wraps meat with lettuce, cold rice vermicelli noodles or num banh hoi and mix herbs, and dips it with sweet fish sauce.
