( Grilled lemongrass shark steak .)
Grilled shark steak with spicy hot lemongrass flavor is very tasty.
- Ingredients :
- 2 Pieces, 1-1½ lbs shark steak
- 1 Cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 Stalk green onion, chopped
- ¼ Cup minced fresh or frozen lemon grass
- 1 Teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 Hot chili pepper or to your taste(option)
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- ½ Cup water
- Procedures :
Rinsed shark steak with cold water, pat dry with paper towel, put shark steak in a large container or bowl, set a side.
In a blender, put garlic, onion, lemon grass, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, lime juice, oil, chili pepper, black pepper and water, blended well.
Pour lemon grass sauce on shark steak, rubs marinade sauce on both sides shark steak, covered container with lid and refrigerated it for at least 4 hours.
Cook shark steak on hot grill for 10 minutes on each side or till fish tender.
Serve hot with rice, tamarind sauce or with sweet fish sauce, and salad.
