( Stir-fry shrimp and broccoli.)
Delicious stir-fry shrimp with crisp broccoli is very tasty and easy recipe.
- Ingredients :
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- ½ Teaspoon salt
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch flour
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb Broccoli, cut broccoli flower to bite sizes
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- Procedures :
In a large bowl, put shrimp, salt and black pepper together, mix well and set it a side.
In a small bow, mix water with cornstarch, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar, mix well and set a side.
Pre-heat a skillet or wok with high temperature.
When it hot add oil, garlic and shrimp, stirs till shrimp turns darker color pink.
Add broccoli and onion, stirs well.
Seasoning with cornstarch sauce, stirs well till sauce thicken.
Serve hot with rice.
