( Hot preserved bean curd sauce. )
Preserve bean curd or fermented soybean is one of Sino-Khmer Krom favorite vegetarian foods. This hot preserve bean curd sauce is great for dipping cooked or raw vegetables.
- Ingredients :
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 4 Chopped hot chili pepper or to your taste (option)
- 1 Small jar 4.6 oz hot preserved bean curd
- Procedures :
In a small bowl, mix lime juice with sugar till sugar dissolved, add hot chili pepper, stirs, add preserve bean curd and gently mix it together.
Serve with rice along with cooked or raw vegetables.
