( Spicy hot Chinese sausage fried rice. )
Hot spicy Chinese sausage fried rice is very popular Khmer Krom recipe, especially with the college students. Because it is cheap to make, easy to prepare, take very little time to cook, taste good and very filling.
- Ingredients :
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Yellow onion, chopped
- 4 Pieces Chinese sausages,sliced thin
- 4 Cups cooked Jasmine rice
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Sambal Oelek grounded chili paste
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Eggs, slightly beaten eggs
- Procedures :
Pre-heat non-stick skillet or wok with high temperature.
When wok is hot, add oil, garlic, onion and Chinese sausages, stirs till sausages cooked.
Add cooked rice, stirs well.
Seasoning with soy sauce, ground chili paste, salt and black pepper, stirs
till rice hot and fluffy.
Add eggs slowly on rice with one hand, other hand stirs till egg cooked.
