Khmer Krom roasted pork fried rice is easy, fast and delicious recipe. After a regilious food offering, or special celebration if we got some left over *chrouk quay* roasted pig meat, or *xa xieu * roasted pork tender loin we would make this fried rice.
- Ingredients :
- 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 Yellow onion, chopped
- 1 Cup diced roasted pig meat *chrouk quay* or roasted pork tender loin *xa Xieu*
- 1 Cup frozen mix vegetables, defrosted and drained
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 4 Cups cooked Jasmine rice
- Procedures :
Pre-heat a non-stick skillet or wok.
When wok is hot, add oil, garlic, onion and roast meat, stirs well, add vegetables, stirs well.
Seasoning with soy sauce, salt and black pepper, stirs well.
Add cooked rice, stirs well till rice fluffy and hot.
