(Spicy grounded pork and mushroom. )
Hot,spicy mushroom with grounded pork is one of my family favorite recipes. It is very easy and absolutely delicious recipe.
- Ingredients :
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- ½ lb Grounded pork
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon
- ½ Tablespoon sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lb Fresh button mushroom, washed and drained
- 1 Canned 8.oz Hunt's tomato sauce
- 4 Chopped hot chili pepper or to your tasted (option)
- Procedures :
Pre-heat a wok or skillet,
When skillet is hot, add oil, garlic, onion and grounded pork, stirs well.
Seasoning with soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar and black pepper, stirs well.
Add mushroom, tomato sauce and hot chili pepper, stirs well.
Covered skillet with lid and cook till meat tender.
Serve hot with rice.
