( Gingery pork riblets. )
Pork riblets savory with garlicky ginger sauce is tasty Khmer Krom country food.
- Ingredients :
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- ½ Cup julienne fresh ginger root
- 1½ lbs Pork ribs, cut to chunks bite size
- 2 Tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoon
soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Cup water
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- Procedures :
Heat up a skillet or wok.
When it hot, add oil, garlic, onion, ginger and pork ribs.
Seasoning with fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar,and water, stirs well.
Covered skillet with lid and simmering till pork ribs tender and water reduced.
Sprinkles with black pepper.
Serve hot with rice.
Enjoy.
