Shrimp stir-fry with green tomatoes is quick, easy and delicious Khmer country food. This easy recipe only take few minutes to cook, make sure everything is ready before you started to cook.
- Ingredients :
- ½ Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- ½ lb Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 2 Large green tomatoes, sliced
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- Procedures :
In a small bowl, mix water with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch , set a side.
Pre-heat a skillet or wok with high temperature.
When it hot add oil, garlic, onion, shrimp and green tomato.
Seasoning with cornstarch sauce, stirs till shrimp turns darker pink color and sauce thicken.
Sprinkles with black pepper.
Serve hot with rice.
