Stir-fry rice vermicelli noodle with tofu and yuchoy is quick, easy and delicious Khmer Krom vegetarian food. Idea recipe for left over cooked rice vermicelli noodle.

Pre-heat a nonstick skillet or wok. When wok is hot add oil, garlic, onion, stirs, add tofu and yuchoy, stirs till vegetable tender.
Add cooked rice vermicille noodle, stirs till noodle hot.
Seasoning with vegetarian oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and black pepper, stirs well.
Serve hot.
