(Chinese sausage with bitter melon).
Each year before New Year my family always make Chinese sausages for just in case we have unexpected visitor, or if we run out of food at night during the New Year celebration, when most store closed.
Stir-fry Chinese sausage with bitter melon is fast, easy and delicious Sino-Khmer Krom country food.

Pre-heat a skillet or wok with high temperature.
When skillet is hot, add oil, garlic, onion, sausage and bitter melon, stirs well till sausage cooked.
Seasoning with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and black pepper, stirs well.
Serve hot with rice.
