(Khmer Krom beef stick)

Khmer Krom grilled beef stick with our favorite spices is delicious. This beef stick recipe could serves as appetizer or with rice.
• Ingredients :
  • 1 lb Sirloin steak,slices thin
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ Cup minced lemon grass
  • 3 Cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 Stalk green onion, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon light brown sugar
  • ½ Tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ Tablespoon oyster sauce
  • ½ Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ Teaspoon turmeric powder, or 3 pieces fresh turmeric roots
  • 1 Tablespoon instant coconut milk powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon paprika or cayenne pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
• Procedures :
  In a large bowl, mix beef with all ingredients together, mix well.
  Covered bowl with lid and refrigerated it for few hours or overnight.
  When ready to cook, threads marinated beef onto bamboo skewers.
  Cook beef stick on hot grill to your liking.
  Serve hot.
