(Stir fry chicken with asparagus ).
Khmer Krom stir fry chicken breast with crisp asparagus is very tasty and very easy to cook.
- Ingredients :
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- ½ lb Chicken breast, sliced thin
- 2 Stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 lb Fresh Asparagus, cut an inches length
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- Procedures :
In a small bowl, mix water with corn starch, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar together, set a side.
Pre heat skillet or wok with high temperature.
When skillet hot, add oil, garlic and chicken, stirs and cook till meat tender.
Add green onion and asparagus, stirs.
Seasoning with prepared sauce sauce and black pepper, stirs well.
Do not over cook asparagus.
Serve hot with rice.
