(Tofu with vegetarian oyster sauce.)
Crispy pan fried tofu with vegetarian oyster sauce is delicious .
- Ingredients :
- 2 Pieces firm tofu, drained and pats dried with papper towel
- 1 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon mushroom sauce
- A dash of black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- Procedures :
First score tofu in a cross hatch pattern on both sides, make scoring marks about ½ inch apart so the marinate can penetrate tofu, set a side.
In a small bowl, mix garlic with vegetarian oyster sauce and black pepper together. Rubs sauce on both sides of tofu and set a side.
Pre heat non-stick skillet. When skillet is hot add oil and tofu. Pan-fry toful till both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot with rice and pickle leek, or salad.
