( Beef with pineapple stir-fry.)
Stir fry beef with pineapple, cabbage,tomato and bell pepper is delicious.
- Ingredients :
- ¼ Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ Tablespoon sugar
- ½ lb Sirloin beef, slices thin
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- 2 Cups chopped cabbage
- ½ Fresh pineapple, cut, or 1 small can chunk pineapple
- 1 Any color bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- A Handful chopped cilantro
- Procedures :
In a small bowl, mix water with cornstarch, soy sauce and sugar, mix well and set a side.
In a large bowl, marinate beef with oyster sauce and black pepper, set a side.
Heat up a skillet or wok in high temperature.
When skillet is hot, add oil, garlic, yellow onion and beef, stirs well.
Add cabbage and pineapple, stirs for couple minutes.
Add bell pepper and tomato, stirs for several times.
Pour prepared mix cornstarch sauce, stirs till sauce thicken.
Sprinkles cilantro on top.
Serve hot with rice.
