( Spicy pork fried rice.)
In our house, we don’t waste food especially leftover rice. My uncle who doesn’t like leftover rice, but whenever I made this delicious spicy pork fried rice with Chinese sausage he would be the first in line.
- Ingredients :
- 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Yellow onion, diced
- ½ lb Lean pork meat, cut small cubes
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Chinese sausage, sliced thin
- ½ Cup fresh or frozen sweet pea
- 6 Cups cooked Jasmine rice
- 1 Teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon fish sauce
- 2 Tablespoons hot chili pepper sauce(option)
- Procedures :
Pre heat a non-stick skillet or wok with high temperature.
When wok is hot, add oil, garlic, onion, pork meat, stirs, add salt, sugar and black pepper, stirs well.
Add Chinese sausage and peas, stirs till pork meat tender, add rice, stirs well.
Seasoning with soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar and hot chili pepper sauce, stirs well till rice hot and fluffy.
Serve hot.
