Sach ko ang tum sor.
( Grilled garlicky roll beef.)
Grilled beef roll is delicious. Back home, my dad usually cook a chunk of beef, after meat marinated he inserted whole garlic cloves all over meat and barely cook on hot grill. Then he sliced bloodly beef thinly, rolls and dips with pickle fish sauce *tirk pahok*. It is too rare for my taste but it is one of Khmer Krom men favorite appetizers *mahope sar*.
This recipe for people who prefers well done beef over rare bloody meat. :)
