(Beef and bean sprouts).
Beef stir fry with bean sprouts and chive is delicious country recipe from Khmer Krom in Chonwatrapeang (Bien Hoa). Chonwatrapeang is one of ancient Kampuchea Krom provinces, located 30 km north east to Prey Nokor( Saigon). Well known for beautiful pottery, rubber plantations and largest US military base during Vietnam War. Many people, especially the Viet Nam Veterans said Chonwatrapeang(Bien Hoa) is a little unforgettable land. I'm wondering how many people remembering that unforgettable land once belong to Cambodia. Sigh !!!!
