(Pork riblets with scallion.)
Pork riblets stir fry with green onion is delicious and very easy Khmer Krom recipes.
- Ingredients :
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1½ lb Pork riblets, cut to bite sizes
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ Tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ Cup water
- 1 lb Green onion, cut 2 inches in length
- Procedures :
Heat up a skillet or wok with high temperature.
When skillet is hot, add oil, garlic and pork riblet, stirs well.
Seasoning with soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper, stirs well.
Add water, cover skillet with lid and simmering till meat cooked and water reduced.
Add green onion, stirs well for couple minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
