(Stir fry chive with pork.)
Delicious stir-fry chive with pork is Khmer Krom common food.
- Ingredients :
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- ½ lb Lean pork meat or pork belly, sliced thin
- 1 lb chive, cut 2 inches in length
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- Procedures :
Heat up a skillet or wok with high temperature.
When skillet is hot, add oil, garlic and pork meat, stirs and cook till meat tender.
Add chive, stirs for couple minutes.
Seasoning with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and black pepper, stirs well.
Serve hot with rice.
