(Stir-fry chicken with cucumber.)
Stir fry chicken with crisp cucumber and celery is delicious Khmer Krom country food.
- Ingredients :
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Pieces bone and skinless chicken thigh,cut to bite sizes, or 1 piece chicken breast,sliced thin
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Large cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 3 Stalks celery, sliced
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- 1 Medium tomato, sliced
- 2 Stalks green onion, cut an inch in length
- Procedures :
Heat up a skillet or wok in high temperature.
When skillet hot add oil, garlic and chicken, stirs well till meat tender.
Seasoning with fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and black pepper.
Add cucumber, celery and yellow onion, stirs well.
Add tomato and green onion, stirs and serve.
Serve hot with rice.
