( Fried Tofu with lemon grass.)
Golden crispy fried tofu with spicy lemon grass and turmeric is absolutely delicious Sino-Khmer country food.

In a small bowl, mix garlic with lemon grass, chili pepper, salt, soy sauce,mushroom sauce and turmeric, mix well and set it a side.
Use thin sharp knife slices each piece tofu horizontal in half.
Then cuts a few open slightly on top of each piece tofu.
Gently rubs sauce evenly on each piece of tofu, and set a side.
Pre heat a skillet or wok with medium temperature.
When skillet is hot, add oil and marinated tofu , pan fry tofu till both sides golden brown.
Serve hot with rice and carrot with daikon relish.
