(Grounded pork with pahok).
Grounded pork with coconut and pickle fish(pahok)is absolute scrumptious Khmer ethnic food.
Traditionally, pahok k’tis serves with rice and fresh raw vegetables but my Americanized brother prefer pahok k’tis with hot crusty French bread. He said Pahok k’a ti is yummy Khmer Sloppy Joe. :)
