( Beef with Napa cabbage stir-fry.)
Stir fry beef with crisp napa cabbage is delicious and easy Khmer Krom recipe.
- Ingredients :
- ½ lb Sirloin beef, slices thin
- ½ Tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ Tablespoon fish sauce
- ½ Tablespoon oyster sauce
- ½ Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- 1½ lb Napa cabbage , cut an inch in length
- Procedures :
In a small bowl, marinated beef with soy sauce and black pepper, set a side.
In another small bowl, mix water with cornstarch, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar together, mix well and set a side.
Heat up a skillet or wok with high temperature.
When skillet is hot, add oil, garlic, onion and marinated beef, stirs well for several minutes.
Add Napa cabbage, stirs well for couple minutes. Do not over cooked cabbage.
Seasoning with prepared cornstarch sauce, stirs well till sauce thicken.
Serve hot with rice.
