( Stir fry instant noodles with eggs).
Stir fried instant noodle with scrambled eggs and crisp cabbage is yummy and very filling.
- Ingredients :
- 3 Packages Asian instant egg noodle
- 4 Cups water
- 4 Eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 Teaspoon sugar
- 3 Stalks green onion, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- ½ Head of cabbage, chopped
- ½ Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- Procedures :
Cook 4 cups water in a large pot.
While water cooking, open packages noodle, removed only dried noodle, throw away seasoning packages.
When water bubbling, add dried noodle to boiling water, stirs till noodle soften, pour cooked noodle in a colander to drain, set a side.
Add fish sauce, sugar and ½ amount green onion with beaten eggs, stirs well.
Heat up a non-stick skillet in high temperature.
When skillet is hot, add 1 tablespoons oil, scrambled prepared egg, when egg cooked, removed it from skillet, set a side.
Pour remaining oil in the skillet, add garlic, remaining onion, cabbage and ½ cup water, stir well.
When cabbage tender, add cooked noodle, stirs well.
Seasoning with oyster sauce, salt and black pepper, stirs well, add scrambled egg, stirs and serve hot.
