Tirk xieng chu p'em.
(Hoisin dipping sauce ).
Tangy sweet and spicy hoisin sauce is delicious for dipping.
- Ingredients :
- 3 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 Tablespoon hot water
- 1 Teaspoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 Teaspoon Sambal Olekek chili paste
- ½ Cup crushed ,unsalted roasted peanut
- Procedures :
In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce with water and sugar, stirs well till sugar dissolved. Add lime juice and chili paste, mix well.
Top with peanut before serve.
