( Grilled pork chop.)
Khmer is mastered of barbecue. We love any kind of grilled foods; meat, fish, or vegetables. This grilled pork chop is one of Khmer Krom specialty grilled foods.
- Ingredients :
- 3 Pork chops
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Stalks green onion, minced
- 2 Tablespoons palm sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- Procedures :
Put pork chops in a large container, set a side.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce with fish sauce, garlic, green onion, palm sugar and black pepper together.
Pour and rubs prepared sauce on both sides pork chops, covered container with lid and refrigerated it over night or at least 4 hours.
Cook marinated pork chops on grill with low temperature till meat tender and both sides pork chop golden brown.
Serve hot with rice.
