( Shrimp and asparagus).
Shrimp and crisp asparagus stir-fry is absolutely delicious and very easy to make .
- Ingredients :
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- ½ Teaspoon salt
- ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Cloves garlic,minced
- 1 Yellow onion,sliced
- 1 lb Fresh asparagus,cut 2 inches length
- 1 Stalk green onion,chopped
- Procedures :
In a large bowl, put shrimps,salt and black pepper, mix well and set a side.
In a small bowl, mix water with sugar, oyster sauce and corn starch, set a side.
Heat up a wok or skillet. When it hot, add oil, garlic, yellow onion and shrimp. Stirs well.
When shrimp turns darker pink color add asparagus.
Seasoning with cornstarch sauce, stirs well till sauce thicken.
Add green onion, stirs and serve.
Serve hot with rice.
